- Booking and orders: pickup and delivery addresses, scheduling preferences, gate or access notes you choose to provide, order contents described at a service level (for example garment care categories without unnecessary detail), route and status updates tied to fulfillment partners, and communication related to your order.
- Payments: payment transactions are handled by qualified payment processors. We typically receive limited payment metadata (such as confirmation status or last-four digits where applicable)—not full card numbers stored on our servers as plain text.
- Device and technical data: browser type, device identifiers where allowed, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics for security and reliability, and similar technical information when you use our web properties or apps.
