Before you request deletion
Please review open orders and payment activity. We may need to retain certain records for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution even after your account is closed. Where retention applies, data is limited to what is necessary and stored according to our retention policies.
How to request deletion
If you maintain an online account with VeeWash, use the option below while signed in.

If you cannot access your account, email care@veewash.com from the address associated with your profile and include “Account deletion” in the subject line. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Timing
We acknowledge requests promptly and process them within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and operational constraints. Some systems may take additional time to purge cached copies or backups.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded our app through the Apple App Store, Apple does not receive your account credentials and does not control deletion requests—follow the steps above or contact us directly at care@veewash.com.
